Carlisle Auction Fee Schedule

BIDDERS – SPRING & FALL AUCTION

• There is a $100 charge to register. The $100 Registration Fee will be credited towards the purchase of a vehicle at the normal auction terms. A Multi-Day General admission pass is included as part of your bidders registration.
   
• You must pay the stated 5% Buying Premium, which will be added automatically upon settlement and payable without relief to the auction company. Sales tax is governed by where you title the vehicle.

SELLERS - SPRING & FALL AUCTION

• NO CONSIGNMENT FEE for the first registered vehicle during non-prime hours only. This is a $250 value. Limit one per person. Terms and Conditions do apply.*
   
• STANDARD CONSIGNMENT - $250.00 - Vehicle will be auctioned either Thursday or Friday.
  
  Thursday hours: 3:30pm - 5:00pm or 9:00pm - 10:00pm.
  Friday hours: 3:30pm - 5:00pm or 9:00pm - 10:00pm
  
  
• PRIME HOURS CONSIGNMENT - $400.00 - Vehicle will be auctioned either Thursday or Friday.
  
  Thursday hours: 5:00pm - 9:00pm.
  Friday hours: 5:00pm - 9:00pm.
  
  
• As compensation for Carlisle Production Inc.’s efforts, Owner agrees to pay Carlisle Productions Inc. a commission in addition to the entry fee as follows:
   
  • (1) With Reserve: 6% of the vehicle sales price
  • (2) Without Reserve: 5% of the vehicle sales price
  • In no event (using either of the formulas above) shall Carlisle Productions Inc.’s commission be less than $500.00.

*One free consignment per person. We retain the right to refuse any and all vehicles due to our quality selection process. In order to exercise this offer, the consignor must submit required photos and vehicle descriptions in advance of all posted deadlines. Failure to do so will nullify all associated offers and incentives. Offer is only valid during non-prime auction hours.
